Returns & Exchanges

At South Park Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
